WHY WE EXIST

We spent over 20 years in software development and consulting. We saw the same pattern everywhere: projects focused on "what does the client want" without asking "what problem are we actually solving?"

The result? Software that checks boxes but doesn't move the needle. Revenue for consultants, frustration for clients.

We wanted something different. Every project we take on has to answer three questions:
